James Atherton

Partner

James is a senior lawyer with more than twenty years of corporate and securities law experience, having practised at prominent national and regional law firms. He has acted for private and public companies in a wide range of industries and at all stages of development.

James has served as an executive and director of a Toronto Stock Exchange–listed issuer and is the CEO of Capiche Capital Technologies. This combination of legal and business experience uniquely positions him to understand your business, your capital markets objectives, and the regulatory landscape in which you operate.

Mouane Sengsavang

Partner

Mouane practises in the areas of securities and corporate law. She has advised clients in British Columbia since 2005, in Alberta since 2006, and in Ontario since 2012. Her practice focuses on public and private equity financings, stock exchange listings, corporate reorganizations, and continuous disclosure compliance.

Mouane has served as director, audit committee member, compensation committee member, and corporate secretary of several TSX Venture Exchange–listed issuers. This experience provides her with a practical understanding of governance, board process, and the day-to-day realities of operating a public company in Canada.
